Flying with budget airlines the past couple of years have allowed me to forget how enjoyable flying can be. But Singapore Airlines have revived that pleasant memory and our 3 hour flight to Hong Kong was a delight. I couldn't get enough of the free flow of drinks, on-demand movies & games, hot refreshment towel, ice-cream after a meal and most importantly, reclineable seats!!!

We both ordered the frittata, baked potato with veal sausage for lunch (as the very apologetic flight attendant kindly informed us that their fried rice option had ran out). The veal sausage was especially tasty and i gobbled up my lunch in an instant.

After our meal, I was pleasantly surprised when the attendants served us with a Crunch ice-cream bar. Yum!

As soon as our lunch trays were taken, we settled back to watch our movies. Andy was kept busy with his Anime episodes and I watched The Princess and the Frog. Three hours passed in a jiffy and before we knew it, the pilot announced that we were about to land in Hong Kong. Oh how i wished i had another hour on the plane to finish watching the second movie i just started!
